By visiting Uthark-Tzolkin, browsing its content, subscribing to its newsletter, or holding a membership, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. The site and its content
Uthark-Tzolkin is published as a contemplative symbolic practice and reference. The runic and glyphic correspondences, the calendar mechanics, the four harmonic paths, the 480 pair interpretations, and all original prose published on the site or in the associated books are the intellectual property of the author and the publishing house.
2. Personal use
You may read, reflect on, and apply the material to your own contemplative practice freely. You may quote short passages — a few sentences — for review, study, or commentary, with proper attribution.
3. What is not permitted
Without prior written permission, you may not: reproduce substantial portions of the site's content elsewhere; redistribute the books or membership materials; use the system, the interpretations, or the calendar engine in commercial divinatory services; train machine-learning models on the content; or publish derivative works that adapt the framework substantially.
4. The membership
Members gain access to the workspace tools (the dashboard, the journal, the casting spreads, the saved-cast archive, the member calendar, the 480-pair grid, the birthday signature) and the in-depth Book II interpretations on a daily-cap basis as described on the subscription page.
Memberships are billed monthly, can be canceled at any time, and run until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered case by case for unused, recently-purchased terms.
5. Not professional advice
The Uthark-Tzolkin material is offered as a contemplative, symbolic, and reflective practice. It is not, and is not intended as a substitute for, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Decisions in any of those domains should be made in consultation with appropriately qualified professionals.
6. Availability
The site and the membership tools are provided on an "as available" basis. The project will make reasonable efforts to keep the site online and the data preserved, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute durability of locally-stored data. Members are encouraged to use the Settings → Export tool periodically.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the project and its publishers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the site or its content.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the project grows. Material changes will be communicated through the newsletter where applicable, and the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, where the publishing house is based. Disputes will be settled in Swedish courts of competent jurisdiction, unless local consumer protection laws specify otherwise.
10. Contact
Licensing inquiries, partnership questions, or any other correspondence about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
